Auger Falls 08/20/2017 Auger Falls is a short waterfall hike located near Speculator, NY along the Sacandaga River in the southern Adirondacks. Distance: 0.9 miles Elevation Gain: 75 feet Our Time: 30 minutes Trailhead: Auger Fall Trailhead, NY-30, Wells, NY 12190 Adventurer Insight: This is a nice short hike with rewarding views of Auger Falls and the Sacandaga River.
